Technical access application form-ECE

For security reasons, UofC ID card access is required to gain access to the ETG laboratory (ENA-16) and/or the ECE department machine shop (ENA-7). In most cases all that is required is to fill out and submit the above form to the ECE department head or the technical supervisor. These two areas are secure to provide a safe working environment for all who use them. In signing this form you agree to abide by the safety regulations enforsed.

University of Calgary Laboratories are required to have key information posted on entrance ways, leading into a laboratory. The sign provides first emergency responders vital  information prior to entry. The contact persons listed on the sign may also be imeediately informed of the specific security issues.
